Three Simple Things You Can Do to Lose Weight Quicker

Did you know that you can lose a lot of weight by doing simple things like breathing, drinking water, and having frequent sex?  But I personally like good old-fashioned hard work, and I think it will do you some good to at least try before resorting to taking supplements, just to have an idea and not be disappointed when things don’t go the way you planned. Here are several tips to lose weight quickly:

Eat on a Smaller Portion

When you eat on a smaller portion, your body initially won’t be able to take it, as proven by how your stomach will grumble and ask for more food. But when you have done it consistently until it becomes a habit, your body will start to make adjustments to accommodate the lower calorie intake, such as not wasting too much energy, feeling full quicker than usual, and becoming less hungry even with a lower intake of calorie, etc. Your hunger will be controlled eventually, and you will lose weight quicker.

Do Breathing Exercises

What people don’t understand is that breathing helps us lose weight quicker. Don’t believe it? Well, we can explain the phenomena in simple terms. Basically, fat is oxidized out from our bodies, so we don’t sweat them out; we breathe them out. When we exercise a lot, our bodies require energy to maintain the movement of our limbs, and the process will detach fats that are being stored in our cells to be used as fuel and eventually will be breathed out. If you regularly practice breathing exercises, you will soon notice a gradual decrease in weight and reduced body fat at a slow but steady rate.

Have Frequent Sex

We’ve reached the juicy part, and yes, to answer the elephant in the room, sex does play a huge part in maintaining weight loss. Why do you think some celebrities who don’t work out on a daily basis can keep a slim figure? It’s because they are sexually active, and a single session of good sex can burn up to 300 calories; so, if you have an hour session of steamy and passionate sex, you will lose five calories per minute, which is such a steal considering you get to kill two birds with one stone (losing weight and receiving pleasure).…
